BABY2HOME is part of an ongoing research project to help bridge the gap between new families and access to their best health. New families deserve to thrive together!
Our app was designed to help new families gain knowledge and confidence as they care for their babies through tailored education content and tracking tools, while also helping parents stay healthy and access help when they are struggling.
Created by a team of professionals in mental health, obstetrics, pediatrics, perinatal health, and infant development, BABY2HOME offers a unique collaborative care model, empowering parents to monitor their own wellness and get support from a live care manager throughout their journey.
We are currently testing our app in two US hospitals. Our research study aims to:
Determine whether BABY2HOME, compared to usual care, improves maternal, paternal, and infant preventive health services utilization over the first year postpartum.
Determine whether BABY2HOME, compared to usual care, improves maternal and paternal patient reported outcome (PRO) trajectories over the first year postpartum.
Identify whether BABY2HOME, compared to usual care, reduces racial/ethnic and income-based disparities in preventive health services utilization and parental PROs.
